What makes your advice more credible than your competitors?
I’ve worked with everyone from first-time investors to multi-property entrepreneurs. I don’t sell hype – I build strategy based on your goals, risk tolerance and long-term plans.
What real estate deals have you done?
I have done long-term holds and rentals, as well as short-term-rentals, e.g. vacation homes. For instance, I helped a client (also a family member — so, high stakes) downsize to a low-maintenance condo before they moved overseas for work. When the Great Recession hit, they weren’t thrilled — like many at the time — but I advised them to hold onto the property. By 2017, that patience paid off: the condo had built solid equity, with a CAP rate of 5.3% since 2014 and a total ROI of 216%. They walked away with a solid return.
We recently partnered with a client in Houston who gave us two of their five units to manage as short-term rentals. Before taking it on, we made sure everything was permitted and up to code. We don’t cut corners, especially since we use the same legal team to protect everyone involved. After launching and optimizing the units, we hit close to 78% occupancy during peak months. Impressed with the results, the client offered us a third unit, while they continue to self-manage the other two as long-term rentals.

My experience lies in the hands-on working with vendors, contracts, real estate regulations and law. Most importantly I’m linked to a network of professionals whom I trust to refer to for their expertise. e.g.. tax attorneys, licensed bookkeepers, licensed contractors to accomplish the work so it’s completed right the first time.
